04 CREATED FOR ELISA

Intelligent Cross-Sell Engine

One fair offer inside OmaElisa, shaped around the customer’s own usage.

WORKING PROTOTYPE / SYNTHETIC DATA

WHAT WE SAW

A familiar challenge.
A new possibility.

A relevant offer can start with something a customer already pays for and doesn’t use. The prototype begins with Jaakko, a fictional customer whose mobile plan includes speed he rarely needs.

Jaakko is a fictional customer.

What we made

An OmaElisa flow that explains one suitable offer in plain language. It shows how the offer was calculated, lets the customer personalise it, and respects a no as useful feedback. The price follows a rule rather than a negotiation.

THE MOMENT

From a usage signal to a transparent offer, with the customer in control at every step.

  1. Spot unused capacity in the customer’s existing service.
  2. Check eligibility and present one offer that fits.
  3. Explain how the offer was calculated.
  4. Let the customer personalise the offer.
  5. Capture the decision, including a no.

SEE IT WORK

The prototype, in action.

Illustrative prototype using synthetic data. Screen values demonstrate the flow.

A CLOSER LOOK

Small details. A different experience.

An offer grounded in actual usage.
The reasoning, explained in plain words.
A no is respected as valuable feedback.

MAKING IT REAL

Built around
Elisa’s world.

The starting point

Designed around OmaElisa and a retention decision layer using the customer signals available in Elisa’s existing environment.

What we’d validate together

Validate which usage signals support a fair offer, how the explanation feels to customers, and whether the flow fits Elisa’s operating processes.

The screens and flows are illustrative. Customers, accounts and activity are simulated; the prototypes would be validated with Elisa’s teams.
